It was a wonderful small and relaxing hotel, no complains at all, can recommend. We really enjoyed to spend 1 day in a double room. This venue was located in a remote area right by another restaurant, a beach, and temple. It also was on well maintained garden.

The hotel was trendy boutique, spent my time lovely here. The location was incredible - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go. The property was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport: D

Unreliable staff!

We ate at a small restaurant for lunch and dinner. Its stunning, remote location was a plus. There were a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Lily beach that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The location is wonderful, 3 miles from Jeffry bawa's garden. Also it is just off especially in Sea Rock as well as a garden next to a beautiful beach.

Top-notch room with comfy beds, hot pressure shower, "high-ceilinged " balcony. Amazing location, beautiful area.

Modern hotel, lovely beds, soundproof rooms. Lots of outstanding food. The pool area is very clean too. Easy parking on-site...

Unwelcoming staff!

The rooms were spotless and soundproof with comfy beds, a nice balcony sit out as described. The hotel served us an exceptional and good breakfast. This accommodation had a remote setting on the private beach.

Everything is what i need and want.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely little hotel called Sea Rock Villa. The room was spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a nice balcony sit out. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful garden and the sea. The pool was clean and inviting, and we enjoyed lounging on the deck chairs. The staff were polite, helpful, and hardworking, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. it was a peaceful and quiet place with wonderful gardens and a great beach just steps away.

We would recommend. Intimate hotel, the breakfast is satisfactory, amazing location next to the sea. The building is very nice clean, the room is beautifully maintained. You will find a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning and an individual safe. Very good service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi. It offers friendly check-in.

Nice place for exploring Bentota. Fab food and tasty drinks. Exceptional and incredible staff at all times. Nice pool, parking on site. Not to mention very good wifi! Marvellous and awesome location in a good area next to Induruwa beach, and Sri Lanka.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Our room had a sunny balcony and we appreciated the chef's efforts. It was conveniently located only a short drive from the airport and offered good value compared to other hotels in the area.

we were moved to a double room with all the amenities. the breakfast was exceptional and satisfactory, they serve fabulous food.

No negatives from this place.
